We were not certain we would find any foc overnight parking in Brugge, possibly the most visited city in the Flanders so decided on a campsite. This one was nearest and just outside the ring road. Not cheap, as you'd expect, well organised and owner lives on site. You can park at the entrance if you are leaving or arriving outside of 'gate' times.
